  • Set Sales(Prm & Sec) & Collection plan for the area on Monthly, Quarterly & Annual basis(Brand-wise and STK-wise)
  • Establish relation with existing channels/customers and develop new channels for market expansion to drive the sales Vol.
  • Ensure sales administration procedures and infrastructure relating to areas are properly implemented to support the sales operation for accomplishing the sales targets
  • Co-ordinate and follow up with the store house supervisor to ensure that adequate stock of products to reach sales plan
  • Co-ordinate with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the region in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across the area
